Thanks, Lowell, for giving us these blogspots. I visited Jennifer's and left a short note. Her note about her being a "country girl" reminded me of the time we Tammy was with us while you and Janis went to Ripley. She was helping us gather fruit (I think it was apples) at Waynesboro. I was trying to cheer things up and encourage her to get involved in picking up fruit by saying something like, "Ain't this fun? Your Dad is moving to Ripley, and you will have a head start on the others. You will know how to be a good country girl and know how to do all kinds o good things!" She replied in emphatic tones, "I don't wanna be a country girl!!!"
Tammy is one of the most country sounding Brannens that I know.
